Florence Griffith – Joyner, known as “Flo-Jo” is one of the
fastest women in world. She has participated in many different championships
worldwide and she has recorded several world records that are still held by
her. One of them is 100 m record and 200 m record. She earned golden medal in the
former event and another silver medal. She died at the age of 38 and she was accused
of taking performance enhancement drugs.
